Microlute vacuum manifolds process SBS-format filter plates for solid-phase extraction (SPE), protein precipitation and filtration. Vacuum draws sample through every well at once and into a collection plate below, giving consistent flow across all 96 wells without centrifugation.

Choose the manual manifold for benchtop work or the robotic manifold for integration with automated liquid handlers. Both take standard filter plates and collection plates, so you can switch chemistries without changing hardware. Replacement gaskets are available to keep the vacuum seal tight.
