This 384-well sealing mat is made from white silicone and has a PTFE coating. It is pre-scored. It fits PCR plates with round wells and forms a gas-tight and liquid-tight closure. It is suitable for storage, incubation, and high-throughput screening. It is compatible with automated liquid handling systems and plate readers. ArctiSeal™ sealing mats are available for 384-well plates with square or round wells. Seal material options are silicone with a PTFE coating, silicone with a PTFE film, polyethylene
