The XL100 is a compact automated vial handling instrument designed for high-throughput sample management tasks including re-arraying, weighing, capping, decapping, labeling, and barcode capture. Its robotic pick-and-place system processes multiple vial formats through integrated on-deck modules such as barcode readers, analytical balance, and decapper/capper units, generating comprehensive data output files for sample tracking and weight documentation. With a space-efficient 26" × 41" footprint, the XL100 delivers the automation capabilities of larger platforms while maintaining flexibility for diverse laboratory workflows.
