The XL200 is a fully automated vial handling instrument designed to streamline sample management workflows including re-arraying, weighing, capping, decapping, labeling, and data collection across common laboratory vial formats. The system features an integrated robotic pick-and-place mechanism with on-deck barcode scanning, precision balance, and optional decapper/capper modules to enable efficient processing of large sample batches. Output data includes tube rack ID, barcode information, and sample weights for complete traceability and documentation.

• Compatible Labware: 96-well tube racks, vacutainers, 2 mL plastic tubes, 4 mL vials, cryo vials, and SLAS-format labware
• Maximum Deck Capacity (SLAS Configuration): 30 tube racks or vial trays
